Every time I move my hand, the blue shifts from deep navy to a bright, almost electric teal—it's genuinely hard to stop staring at my nails. The black base makes the multichrome effect pop so much that it looks like a tiny galaxy trapped in the bottle.

I wasn't sure about the black base at first, but it makes the blue shift look deep instead of flat. Two coats and it's fully opaque, and the color goes from navy to a bright teal depending on the angle. Easily my favorite from the monthly polishes so far.
